I just moved here, but i love the layout, and as you stroll the grounds, you'll notice it's beautifully landscaped.
The administrators have favorites and Sandy Medhurst LIES like crazy! They violate your civil rights and intimidate you so everyone is afraid to say anything. I am NOT afraid to face them but they have succeed in making my existence miserable. They are violating my civil rights with my service dogs and refuse to refund my pet fee, which they have no right to keep because it is illegal to try to collect a fee on a service dog. They have even tried to make new laws.just for me,to saying I can not have more then one service dog. I have a service dog and a service dog in training. They are both registered with the state of California. If California recognizes them as service dogs, they should too. California is a higher power then they are. If you mover in here, you will have to leave in a year because the entire place is falling apart because of the termites. But they are not going to tell you that. They are going to demolish it within another year or two. I wonder what they are going to do with the residents?
People are nice that work here and most of the people that live here are very nice as well! Everybody trying to help everybody else out is wonderful!!
