Why am I giving Jubilation five stars… 100% follow through on all Jubilation promises. Excellent staff throughout the complex. She’s in all areas that serve the residence. Variety of offerings for the residence from physical exercise classes to intellectual pursuits to craft classes. And and it’s very evident to the residence. Looking Forward to all the outdoor activities coming in the near future when buildings are completed.

We are enjoying watching my in-laws enjoy themselves! The staff are wonderfully accommodating. The guest suite was fabulous! Jubilation has been a wonderful choice.
Unlike the movie Groundhog Day Jubilation is something new and exciting each day from various delicious meals various fitness classes and a great mixture of entertainment Jubilation has something for everyone. We love it here! We’re not leaving !
My wife and I moved into Jubilation just about a year ago -- and we absolutely love it here! We live in a 2-BR apartment with a wrap-around balcony that overlooks the amphitheater and various club buildings; a pond and woods; and allows us to watch the fireworks after every Fred Nats home game on Fridays. Friendliness is the watch word here at Jubilation, from the front desk to the culinary staff to senior management. We were drawn to Jubilation because of the myriad activities offered, but have been blown away by the superb entertainment offered throughout each week. Kudos to our GM Shane and his cadre of senior staff!
Jubilation is the epitome of active living for 55 & older. We truly live in a high-end facility like no other!! It is the cat’s meow!! Thanks to the imagination of Eric Brouman, our Entertainment Director and Kelsey, his assistant, we have the daily choice of many varied activities and events. They keep us entertained nightly. The concierge staff – Shya, Andrew and Angela are always most pleasant, helpful and attentive to our every need. They make us feel welcome with each encounter to be a resident at Jubilation. Thanks to RJ for providing us with an outstanding introduction to Jubilation. So happy to be here.
