My husband and I moved to Jonesborough last year and he almost immediately joined the Senior Center. He raved about this beautiful building and the very nice people who operate it. It took me awhile to get there and sign up because I still work. Their hours are not conducive to me going every day because I still work, but I got on Tuesdays and Thursdays when they are open until 8pm. The staff are so nice and helpful and the equipment is sufficient for me to get in a good workout. I wish they were open on Saturdays. The only reason they don't get a 5-star rating is because of the limited hours. When I finally retire, you will see me there every single day!!

Terrific senior center. The staff are kind and helpful. Mary, the director, knows how to get things done and is warm and welcoming. I have really enjoyed my time there.
Great place to go for us seniors. Just joined the 1st of August and have already met a lot of new friends!
Love all the available activities that are offered. Building s maintained to the highest quality. Only thing I can find lacking is there needs to be more support in the gym..saw someone on orientation day and have not see anyone else...lots of new people need extra help with operations of machinery.
I was amazed at the offering of classes, like yoga, zumba, water aerobics, even kickboxing. The facility is beautiful with billards, Rook, Bingo and the staff is very friendly. They even have a nurse on staff. Gayle was wonderful and gave me a tour.
