My mother died here in 2021. When she needed memory care in 2018, we picked a newer place. She had a stroke shotly after, and our memory care did not have a TCU or nursing. So i had to pay 2 months or $16k at the other place while reserving a room at Jones Harrison. Her doctor told me to ask about average length of staff service as a bigger factor than newness. Jones Harrison took great care of my mom, with experienced staff who cared about their patients.

My dear Mother Marjorie Caye, has been a part of this wonderful community of Jones Harrison in MN for seven years now. The best service they provide is their professional caring & their one-on-one time spent individually or in a group doing fun activities, that's meaningful to the residents. Mom has always felt like "this is home" to her. She has never complained and is always HAPPY when we visit & call. Her room is clean & she is dressed looking so lovely. Jones Harrison's staff goes over & beyond in their work day - because besides their skills they have big hearts! Thank you so much EVERYONE.
Jones Harrison has provided exceptional and compassionate care to both of my parents over the past 5 years. They employ some very kind nurses and other dedicated support staff. The staff work incredibly hard to ensure that your loved ones are cared for and have their needs met! Our family will be forever grateful to the entirely JH team but most especially the awesome team on D3!!
My mom, who suffered from Alzheimer's Disease, spent the last six years of her life at Jones-Harrison. The staff is exceptional. With low turnover, there is time to really get to know each resident as unique and special. "These are all our parents," more than one caregiver expressed, and that is evident with the authentic and warm care my mother received every day to her last breath.
I was unfortunately sent here for rehab in march of this year. This was generally horrifying. For 90% of my time here i didnt have a correct wheelchair the one i had was from the early 60s or 70s that was shared in the facility. I lost 30 lbs due to the food being just barely past rancid. I was able to beg for some extra breakfast sausages every now and then. Overall do not send your lovednones here. The actual nurses were nice but the assistantss were the laziest people on earth and literally useless. Thanks for scarring me for life .
