I really like this community. The people are great and the building is very nice. HOWEVER, the parking situation is horrific. I moved here in Nov 2021 and there has been 2 cars on bricks and so many car break ins. There is absolutely no security. They have reserved parking and no one is using them. Its dangerous coming in at night and having to park so far away from the building. There is no sense of comfort for the residence. Management has failed to resolve the parking issue. Its the same talking points, we are working on it. Just today 3/8/2022, 6 cars and still counting were vandalized. Over the weekend another car window was broken. There is absolutely no security. Bozzuto, onsite management nor the namesake Church are doing to provide the residence comfort. Are they waiting for someone to get seriously hurt or loss of life before they put some type of security in place. This is just awful and I hate to write this review but I also feel compelled to get out the truth. Bozzuto, Jericho take action and come up with a real plan. This is a BIG Issue and management has not communicated to the residence a plan.

I visited a relative here. The apartments are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even the service people are especially nice and polite.
I’ve been here a year and not completely happy that I moved here. They are very uncaring about their residents. The quality of response from the rental office and maintenance is terrible. They are very slow or don’t respond to requests. They don’t follow through on anything therefore I had to fix things myself. Throughout the building there’s area that need painting and carpet need cleaning. There’s a large parking lot with several vacant reserved spots but they haven’t assigned any to residents that need them. For me, only good thing about the place is the apartments are spacious and the location. However, since it’s near FedEx field you will have to deal with the traffic during games and events. Residents are nice and quiet!
If I could give them a 0, I would. The property management at this place is horrific. There is no security, unaddressed vandalism and crime, maintenance request are not fulfilled and very limited ramps. The parking is the worst. The long-time residence feel they own parking spaces and act like vultures. Some of these seniors don't have cars but want to claim ownership of spaces. Property management suck and they still have not resolved the parking issue. The newer residence has to park in the guest parking even if you are a resident. The long time residents think they own the building and have this attitude of entitlement. I don't care that you lived here since day one, we all pay rent. The newer residents are probably paying more. There is no clear if any direction on anything because the property management is clueless. It's a senior building but it has failed to properly address senior needs. The place lack outside ramps from the parking lot to the door. Residents have to use the hill or take a long walk to bring in bags. All I can say is, do not move your loved ones here. This is a slumlord place. The previous management was Buzzoto which was awful and then they hired this unknown company Potomac. This company clearly has very little property management experience. The only positive thing about this building is the cleaning staff. They do an awesome job keeping the building clean. The property management and maintenance staff SUCK, a solid 0 stars. if you are thinking about moving to this place, please reconsider. I am sharing my experience for the past 2 years. Poor property management that lacks the knowledge and skill to the job, maintenance staff shortage and the few they have can't fix a light bulb, long lead time to fix security and maintenance concerns. Example the parking lot lights went out took them over 4 months to fix. Wash machine stopped working that took over 3 months for a replacement, ongoing plumbing issues in the kitchen sink maintenance said its nothing and it's still making the gurgling noise and water clogging. Major safety concerns in the parking lot, multiple incidents with car break ins, stolen tires and smashed windows for handicap passes, property management lack of communication to residence about the parking lot crime, front door locks are constantly broken, unreliable 24hour maintenance support, unclear parking rules for residents and most important they could care less about the concerns, safety and security of the residence. For that reason, I am out of this ghetto place. Jericho Church should be ashamed of this slumlord building. I was made lots of broken promises from the new management so I could re-new last year. The new management is just as bad as the previous management company. Too many other nicer and better managed apartments to reside. Exercise your options and stay clear of this dump.
Went on a tour of Jericho last year. The apartments look nice. Especially the two bedrooms. I called numerous times and left voice-mails about questions I had. I never received a return call. Also, why a short window for applying in advance?
