Some apartments are roach and mice infested. People in certain areas of the community do not put their trash in the dumpsters. Been around to certain buildings, and some tenants leave their trash at their front doors or leave streams of stuff on the floor. In certain units, the air conditioners do not get maintenance until they fully break down, can only say this for all Units. Some people are friendly and nice, others are rude and have no respect. People smoke weed and cigarettes around the complex, inside the buildings, or in the parking lots, so non-smokers beware. Even if windows are closed, you'll be affected by it. Rooms are ok size living areas are big kitchen is small and dining is part of it. Some units have closets in the hallway, and in the bedrooms, bathrooms are comfortable enough. Another bad issue is stolen orders have been reported around the community. It's not a huge problem because some neighbors/tenants watch out for each other.

I knew someone who lived in the complex and their family suffered from being in terrible living conditions where there was black mold behind the dishwasher, constant flooding in the apartment from a broken hot water heater that was connected to their unit and a lack of hot water because of the water heater, often no heat during winter months. So the children suffered in the cold often. Back then management retaliation was at an all time high when complaints about the unit were reported. Thank God the family who lived their moved out of the complex. Trying to get outside help was no help at all. I gave this review 1 star in order to write the review. It's good people have a roof over their heads but a lot of people living in those housing units are suffering in silence.
The services here are the worst. They expect your rent to be on time but they can never fix anything for you and your apartment. They do not care about their residence that they never will. I asked my floor to be fixed for the past two years and they just fixed it. They really didn’t even fix it because his house are lifting again due to the floors underneath being damaged. I’m glad I was able to call codes and I’m ready to call regionals and I do have their numbers.

The management is a joke! I been 8 years two different companies have owned this and about 10 different management teams have been in charge. No accountability but they will do everything in their power to get rid of people that are here under HUD funding. If you complain they meet you with force and retaliation! No Human Resources department to file complaints. They don’t pick up the phone and their voicemails are full (on purpose). Most apartments are and have been for a long time plagued with mold! They are false advertising on their website. There are no AC’s, no pool, no fitness room, no storage units, no community room, no community programming, no basketball courts! No quality of life whatsoever! This is hell on earth!
