The care my mother received at this facility was awful. She was afraid to ask for help because the staff, especially the night staff, would get very angry at her and be very rough with her. One day all she had to eat was one Ensure so I had to take food to her. The staff would leave her in her wheel chair for 4 to 5 hours at a time after changing her bedding. The food most times was un edible.

Since a new company purchased the VILLAGES OF JACKSON CREEK. They fired the best people..cut down on the services..the staff hours were cut..what used to be a very good place is now terrible..my husband is there..Since December 20th 2023. I pay $8416 a month..I am very upset and I told them so today
My Dad was here....the staff was wonderful....they took great care of him...We were very pleased.
The villages is a great place with caring and compassionate people!!
