Ivy Park at Burbank is an awesome community with a great vibe. I recently toured a family there and they absolutely loved it. Several residents came up, unsolicited, raving to us about their home. It’s a great option for families looking for a studio, or a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in assisted living or memory care.

I had the pleasure of attending a networking event at Ivy Burbank last week and I was so impressed! The space is beautiful, warm and inviting, you can really feel the care and attention that goes in creating a welcoming environment. Staff was incredibly kind and professional, and it was clear they genuinely care about the residents and community. It’s a wonderful place not only for seniors to call home but also for building meaningful connections. Thank you for hosting us. I’m looking forward to coming back soon. Really enjoyed seeing Cheyanne and Tsadiqwah. 👏👏👏
A big thank you to Cheyenne at Ivy Park at Burbank! The events are always first class. Truly an unbelievable community. ☺️
Ana, Nancy and britney are so rude. they do not care for the patients. They have no maners or know how to provide patient care. i will be taking my family member out of here. nancy and britney are always together yet they do not answer their radio and they make sure to tell new staff to not “spoil” the residents. Basic care is not spoiling but no one is watching them. Be careful when bringing your loved one here, if you care about them do not leave them here!!
I am a resident of this facility and of late it's been somewhat difficult living here. It's short of staff and management is unsympathetic to my needs, such as needing to go to the doctor for an emergency and being denied. Then finding out another resident was allowed to go to a doctor's appointment on an off day. This place is all about getting more money out of you and without any thing in return. The lastest disappointment is being told I was signed up for an activity a day before it was to take place and then at the last minute it was given to another favorite member of the community. How can one plan for anything when being lied to on a regular basis. I feel I'm being discriminated against and I have expressed this to management and I also have tried to get ahold of the supervisor of this facility to try and get some support. Supervisor is unavailable and won't return my phone calls. I want to continue to live here but it's difficult
