My Mom was at Island Lake Center for 2 months. My Mom was well-cared for and especially enjoyed the PT program. The employees are kind and compassionate and very helpful. I am SO grateful for the care they provided. They are hard working and go the extra mile.

Transitioning my Mom from home could have been so difficult...but the entire staff has been amazing and she is actually happy here. 95 years old and set in her ways so they have all made it so inviting for her! So much more to say about the care they give but I would just like to thank them ALL!💗
My mother has been at Island Lake for a year. The entire staff, from the laundry, nurses, aides, therapists, financial, chef, activity staff and front desk have all been professional, courteous, and have acted quickly to any requests. My 90 year old mother is clean, well fed, kept engaged, and well cared for. Her room is clean. I am pleased that she is there.
I've had several clients utilize Island Lake centers and all of their experiences have been positive. They received outstanding care, the staff is very courteous and the facility is in great condition. Island Lake Center is one of the top 2-3 facilities that I refer my clients to.
My father-in-law was here for 2 months. In that time, he was well cared for and treated with kindness and compassion. The entire staff was attentive and also very supportive to our family. We are appreciative to the staff for making our family feel secure and comfortable while he was there. And a very big shout out to Bernadette on the second floor.
