Very disappointed with the care my loved one received while being at Iroquois. Administration does not answer the phone they do not return phone calls, family was not told any policies or procedures. Three full outfits and two nightgowns turned up missing, I emailed the receipt to the social worker and have yet to hear back it has been almost three weeks. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

My experience was horrid. First week asked aid at night for blanket as I was cold. I was told, "I don't have a blanket, what the hell do you want from me". I remained cold all night, also fell there and the aidbwhonwas supposed to assist had left the room. She then told me I was "stuck" with her all night.
My dad received the best care by the nurses and CNAs at Iroquois. He was on the dementia floor for almost two years. He received all the attention and care he needed from all shifts. The staff are great communicators and we felt safe with him there.
My mom has been to Iroquois twice for rehab. She has had excellent care from nursing, CNA’s, PT, OT, and dietitians. I could not be happier. They truly care about their patients. It’s a clean, friendly, and caring atmosphere.
When it was time to place my father in a nursing home, it was an overwhelming decision with many choices. For 2.5 years the staff at Iroquois loved and cared for my dad. The compassion and responsiveness of the staff on all 3 shifts was so comforting. My dad recently passed and his last days were filled with care and sympathy on all shifts. I highly recommend Iroquois.
