I've had my Phonak Audeo Paradise for over a week now before the ultrasound. This means that I paid for them after I had to wear them on a trial basis for six weeks. I have to say, I'm still as excited as that moment when they were first turned on. From the first moment we contacted Oog voor Oren and/or Into Ears by telephone, there was a click where I experienced my need for better hearing as important. From the first telephone contact, the transfer behind the scenes) to the hearing care professional in Rhoon (Monique) and all the times we were in Rhoon for the progress check, we experienced it as careful, professional and customer-friendly. In addition, the accurate delivery at the agreed time means that Oog voor Oren and/or Into Ears receive a top ten from us. Did I mention that I seem to have the hearing of a twenty-year-old again?
