My dad was moved to this nursing home when he developed covid at the Columbia location(he was in for rehab after hip surgery). The level of care was horrible to the point that he ended up dieing. They don't answer the phone most of the time and actually hung up on me a couple times. They lost the results for my dad's urine test that I repeatedly asked about (of course he had a uti). If you love your family member do not put them in this piss poor excuse for a nursing home. at Columbia for rehab

It is disgusting. So dirty and smelly. I wouldn't put my enemy in there. It's like walking into a nightmare. Go see for yourself. This place needs to be shut down. The owner is not spending money on the patients. How awful. My heart breaks for those poor people. The owner should be ashamed.

A lot of renovations are in progress to give the building the a look that matches the existing high quality of care. The teamwork, passion and hard work from employees cultivates so much fun for the residents! You can’t help but to join in for some laughs!
Integrity is a great place to help with your elderly loved ones. The staff is always friendly and kind. They are doing so much every day to freshen up the facility and the patient rooms in order to make a stay here as pleasurable as can be.
My aunt and I are satisfied so far with Integrity Health Care and she's been there over a year and a half. While it's not a photo of "State of the Art" cutting edge technology, perfect food or 100% sterility, I have found most of the staff to be caring and careful with my aunt. I even took her to a fancier (everyone was either smiling or looked zoned out on meds) care home and she HATED it. She couldn't wait to get back to her home at Integrity. It definitely has a relaxed feel and I find the staff truly nice. My father was also there for some time before he passed away. One of the CNA's, Diane, is especially caring and "daughterly" towards the residents. Thanks a zillion to Mike Lilly and Michelle!
