A little over a year ago, our mother, completely disoriented, demented and in very poor general condition after a really long hospital stay, moved into a room at the Integra Senior Care Center in Dortmund Schüren. We were so kindly picked up and supported from our really psychologically stressful situation... even today we still don't have the words for all our gratitude. Our mother, but also we, were accompanied and supported at all times by the entire Integra team in a friendly, warm, caring and committed manner. The general conditions such as the friendly, bright house, the decorations on the individual floors, the food, the program on offer...it's all wonderful. Now our mother has passed away and we were able to say goodbye in a very respectful atmosphere. All the employees tried very hard, including us as relatives. All that's left for us to do now is say thank you. Thank you for all the support on our emotional journey. “We love what we do” is obviously more than just a clever slogan. Thanks. 🫶
My mother was in Integra for eight months and was looked after very well there. It took a while for her to settle in at first, but then she almost blossomed. She celebrated her 90th birthday in a small group in the nursing home. That was really nice. 6 weeks later she died and fell asleep peacefully.
Ich habe meine Ausbilung zur Pflegefachkraft bei Integra gemacht und mit Bravour bestanden und das alles nur wegen der Unterstützung der tollen Mitarbeiter und Leitungskräften hier ! Hier wird Pflege groß geschrieben. Nicht nur auf die Bewohner wird acht gegeben sondern auch auf jeden einzelnen Mitarbeiter sowas findet man in keinem anderen Haus ! Ich bin und bleibe gerne hier ❤️
First of all, I would just like to say THANK YOU to EVERYONE I was able to meet at the INTEGRA senior care center :-). From the reception, nursing and care staff, building services, cleaning service and manager of the house, everyone was really concerned about my mother's well-being. Unfortunately, my mother only had a short time there and was no longer able to enjoy the diverse offerings in this house due to severe health problems. The nursing staff on the ward where Mom was staying made the rest of her life as comfortable as possible. Despite the stressful everyday life of the nursing staff, they always made time, even if it was just for a short chat with the resident. The everyday companions who worked there always cheered my mom up and had an open ear. Overall it is a very bright, clean and attractive house. Not dark like in many other establishments. The food there also comes from their own kitchen and not via a delivery service. Plus it's also delicious. If you still have something to complain about in this facility, you should take a look at the many facilities in Dortmund that are already run down. I would like to end with the words... THANK YOU and just stay the way you are.
