My mother is new to Inspired Living Bonita Springs. Over the years I have had to transition her and my grandmother to new facilities many times as their health declined from Independent Living, then Assisted Living, and eventually to Memory Care. Finding the right facility and transitioning can be an overwhelming experience for everyone including the responsible family member. Mary White from Inspired Living Bonita Springs made this the easiest process and transition I have ever experienced. She held my hand through the whole process addressing questions, paperwork, and was hands on with move in day. The facility is beautiful and an excellent open environment for for residents to feel involved even if they want to just relax and observe others. My mother is very social, but becoming hesitant to be involved as her memory declines. Everyone was so welcoming upon arrival: my mother was involved in activities within five minutes, had lunch, and made new friends before her bags were even unpacked. I am so pleased with Mary's kindness and professionalism through this challenging process. I know how difficult it is to endlessly search for the right facility for your love one. I hope this review helps other people searching for a facility...I would highly recommend that you call Inspired Living Bonita Springs.

A few weeks ago my father, who also has Dementia, suffered a heart attack and it quickly became evident that he could no longer live independently at home. I live in United Kingdom and being so far while trying to decide the best steps for his health and safety was so difficult. The staff at Inspired Living, specifically Mary, took me by the hand and led me through what can be a very difficult process. Mary made the process smooth for my father and for my family. She has guided us every step of the way. And the care did not stop there. Once I got to Inspired Living I found it is a memory care facility that is full of joy. There is a central living room where the residents come together and watch tv, participate in activities and hang out. There is also a beautiful garden on the water which is a lovely space to spend time with your loved one. My father had become very isolated as his dementia developed and it is nice to see him interacting with people again. All of the staff at Inspired Living, led by Pollie Little, are kind and professional and treat the residents with the respect and dignity that they deserve. They keep you up to date on your loved one and also offer family support sessions to provide support to the whole family. My father has had continued health problems and Mary has gone above and beyond her job description to make sure my father is cared for. Living thousands if miles away I feel so lucky to have my father in a facility with people that I trust.
My husband and I visited the Bonita Springs location tonight for the Thanksgiving dinner with residents and their families. We found that everyone was happy and were having a great time. It was a good experience for us as we are looking at Inspired Living for a relative.
My husband has been in several facilities over the past 5 years and taking him out of Inspired Living in Bonita is one of the more difficult decisions I've had to make. My husband has been respected by both staff and management. My interactions with management have been very positive from the first visit. The meals are very good. I've been there for a few of the holidays. As all expenses have increased for care no matter where you go, my personal decision is being made solely because of location . I want to bring my husband closer to home so I can visit more frequently. I want to thank Joshua, Brett, Susan and Orlando for their care and attention to both residents and their families.
Our mother was at Inspired Living for 3 months. The staff was very caring and were always willing to listen to our concerns. Any of our concerns were always addressed immediately by the staff. We understand that memory care can difficult for everyone involved but living it is a different experience. My mother during her stay was a bit difficult, at times, the staff always handled these episodes professionally and with heart. Noelle was always willing to help our mother and was supportive and caring. There are many others of the staff that we would like to thank for helping our mother through this difficult time in her life. The management staff were extremely supportive and helpful with our many requests and questions. My family highly recommends this location for any one needing assisted living with memory care.
