Wonderful! Joseph, at the front desk guided me to a parking space, although I found a spot on the street. Very secure entrance and Face ID check-in. The friend I visited had a spotless room and attention from nurses as needed. Thank you for providing such care in a good setting.

My wife and I visited her brother today, and we had a great experience. The face recognition portal at the check-in made our entrance into the building a breeze. Although my brother in law was moved to different room, one of the nurses on duty was very helpful and she was able to tell us to which room my brother in law had been moved to by memory. This was impressive and it assisted in us having a very nice visit today.
When my brother first arrived at inspired and that's Joseph Wade I had my thoughts that maybe this might not go well but I must say my brother has been there for 5 years since he had his stroke and I wouldn't have him at any other place but inspired because you people take great care of my brother he can't do anything for himself so who relies on the staff at inspired to take care of him and I'm so grateful that you all that inspired do the job my brother keeps a smiling his face and I have a smile every time I see him thank you God bless
The rating for this facility is a lie, and the only reason they received one star is because zero wasn't an option. If you have a loved one in this facility MOVE THEM IMMEDIATELY!!! If you are considering this place for care... DON'T!!! My grandmother was sent to this facility for rehabilitation after back surgery only in end up back in the hospital with a horrible infection, ripped stitches, literally the white meat hanging out of her back. Not only did they allow her to lay in her waste for days, they did not provide adequate wound care, the nursing staff was horrible, and combative, jerking her around despite my grandmother cries of pain. The food was even inedible. The snow prevented the family from being able to visit, and they took well advantage of the situation. Under no circumstances should anyone have to pay to be mistreated in this way. The District of Columbia needs to take swift action, inspections of this facility needs to be conducted and the Health Regulation and Licensing Administration needs to launch an investigation into what's going on at Inspire Rehabilitation immediately. My grandmother has a voice just think about those that don't. Nobody deserves this care.
Inspire’s employees are VERY respectful and out going. I really appreciate the care and respect they have given to my Aunt that goes a long way. Continue to keep up the great work staff on the first floor! 👍🏽👍🏽
