TLDR: Make sure they address all complaints before you move in. They are too busy with the rest of the building to timely address straightforward maintenance issues. Compare them to others in the area. The staff try to help, but there's not enough. You can tell this place is run by a corporate conglomerate because they polish all the places they show you on the tour. Once you move in, be prepared for perpetual elevators out of service, water intrusions in the parking garage, very loud washer\dryer, and mold\mildew & dirt on move in. They don't clean the circa 2006 AC systems between tenants, leading to mold. Nor do they update the circa 2004 hot water heaters, making inefficiency more of an issue. They take literally months to patch the constant cuts in walls and ceilings they must do to address water issues or access electrical system in the common areas, and they just don't seem to have the resources to take care of a property this size. All this and they charge for package delivery even though you have no other choice. Could it be nice? If the owning firm allowed them the funds to invest in the property. Are they? No way. Seek a home elsewhere if any of these pictures shock you.

I moved into Inigo’s July 2024. Right from the start we had issues- the loading dock not being reserved despite reserving it, the A/C unit being broken(it was 80 degrees in the airport while moving in). Danny the maintenance guy is truly the only positive thing I have to say about this property. At the beginning of February I sent the property manager Joseph an email of concerns which after follow up have still never received a response from him. I’m not one to complain or write these but enough is enough. The concerns I presented were: -pest issues -despite there being gates for the garages they are NEVER closed. Just open 24/7 which doesn’t help the pest or theft issues others have shared. -elevator is consistently out on a weekly basis -despite paying for the package lockers, most packages never get there and sit for months in the package room which is only open during business hours -fire extinguishers are not up to code and haven’t been inspected in over a year -the employees start banging on the dumpsters at 8am -noise complaints are not taken seriously. I’ve had an issue with the person who lives above me and no one cares or does anything about it -communication from staff/property is poor and untimely( sent a notification of pest control spraying 12 hours prior to when it would be happening which was 5 days before Christmas) All this to say I’m FED up and have contacted corporate in hopes they will be able to resolve the issues. For the amount of money we pay to live here these are things that I have never experienced and I’ve lived in a variety of rental properties over the years. reply to owner: if my concerns were addressed I expect that you would’ve followed via email but you have not. Additionally, the problems have continued.
I recently moved into a new apartment, and I’m truly grateful for this wonderful opportunity. Thanks to the incredible support from the office staff, I’m now living in a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. I especially want to thank Dianys for her kindness and assistance throughout the entire process. Her warm and helpful attitude played a big part in helping my family choose this apartment. We’re so happy to be here, and we truly appreciate everything she and the team have done for us.
If you don’t mind living with rodents in an unsecured garage as expensive or more as other apartment complexes in the area then Welcome to Inigo. Tenants pay extra for the common area cleaning that is never clean and garbage that takes days to pick up and outside even weeks. Throughout the hallways , carpet, elevators and in some of the apartments there is strong pungent smell that can linger for weeks. I moved here at the end of January of 2024 and I’m beyond frustrated. To make matters worst there is a sewer smells coming from the main bathroom, kitchen sink and dishwasher in my apartment. maintenance prevents not sell or see anything wrong. My central air has never worked since moving here. It does not cool past 70. Management put a bandaid on everything and blame the tenant(s). Other tenants have had similar problems or worst: mold in their apartment, cars stolen or broken into, smell from god knows where. While the apartments are a nice size, the facilities are attractive at first sight, and the location is convenient to shopping centers, highway 495, the metro and bus - the upkeep and safety of this place is not. Management will also try to squeeze every penny they can out of you . They will stick with costs that either you never discuss with them or knew anything about. Joseph, the assistant manager, i is the biggest liar I have ever dealt with. Make sure you get everything in writing if dealing this weasel. This is a rat’s and thief’s haven for sure. Look else where if you can. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and safe place to live. Update:09/30/24 I did end up having to call the Montgomery Landlord-Tenant office on Inigo this summer. I had enough after finding mice droppings on my bed. According to the LT office my complaint was not the first nor only the only one but of several. And no, the problems have not been completely solved. They have tried but I still have the same ongoing aggravating problems in my apartment. I was able to get out of the lease legally and I’m now actively looking for another place.
Annika our leasing agent is absolutely amazing. We did everything with her over the phone from WA state and the whole process was seamless because of her. She talked us through every step and made what could have been a stressful experience , SO EASY! When we arrived she showed us around and made us feel at home straight away! Every person working there that we have met so far have been exceptionally friendly and id recommend speaking to Annika if you’re thinking of moving to Inigos! 100% happy with everything so far! Thankyou Annika!!
