Sheila was so wonderful taking me through the complex process of having an elderly relative enter respite care. Sheila took the time to explain the process and what I needed to do. I really appreciate her attention to detail and that she answered my texts and email questions so promptly even out of office hours. Five stars Sheila, thank you so much.
I would like to thank the Facility Manger (Erin) and compliment all of the wonderful caring Staff, who have cared for my Mum over the past 18 months. Mum has always been treated with respect and professional care. It's great to see the Facility having a face lift, which makes the Facility look more welcoming to come and visit loved ones. A big thanks to the special Nurses who sometimes have a challenging job. Thank you also to the Kitchen staff. I eat regularly at Infinite Care Ashmore with my Mum, and love not having to cook or wash dishes. And let's not forget the Lifestyle Ladies who are on the go all the time. Maintenance Guys as well. My mother has been a resident for 20 months and I have nothing but praise for her new home. The staff are amazing and very attentive and beautiful people for looking after my mum and the other residents. The family love the fact that you can furnish and decorate your own home. The new renovations are very welcome and look new and fresh and fabulous.
I’m sitting beside my mother, who will sadly pass away soon. She is pain free, clean, settled and looks beautiful. The staff have taken incredible care of her every step of the way. My Mum has lived at Ashmore Retreat for about four months now … and during that time, has been treated with an extraordinary level of care. Nurses, orderlies, facility managers and the helpful staff have offered a level of support and care that is WAY above necessary. They genuinely care about their residents and it dismays me to see negative comments left on Google by people who have no idea about the actual day to day running of this place. Erin the facility manager is a huge asset and tremendously effective, efficient and caring at the same time. You need someone like that to run a place like this. If you are reading this and wondering if you should place your loved one here … then take it from me … you won’t find a better place at any price. The people here, genuinely care. It’s as simple as that. They are good people doing a good job. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my Mum to spend her final four months. Just visit, and ask a bunch of residents what they think … they are all so enthusiastic and pleased to be here. I could tell you at least twenty heart-warming stories about this place, but my review is starting to sound like an advertisement. I was blessed to find this place and hope your loved ones find their way here. You won’t be disappointed.
