The facility at Rose Court and the staff were absolutely amazing during my mother's respite stay. They were very accommodating, caring and compassionate always with a smile. The facility itself is clean, easy to get around, the gardens immaculate the activities program is very entertaining. Job well done 👏 highly recommended.

My once independent 96 yo mother has recently moved to Rose Court. It is a huge emotional transition for her moving from her home of 66 years. I cannot speak highly enough of the management and staff who’s caring and kindness has enabled my mother to settle into her new home. Her daily care needs, requests, questions etc. are all acted on with the immediacy necessary. For a very fussy eater my mother has no complaints about the food. I have seen her hot lunches and can see why. There are various activities for her to attend, a resident and family newsletter is supplied, a hairdresser and more. I feel welcomed when I visit. My queries and requests have been answered/acted on either immediately or in a reasonable time. I am happy and relieved that my mother is in a caring and friendly home where her needs are met to a high standard. I recommend a tour if you are looking to find your loved one a new home.
My Mum has been in care at Rose Court now for 3 years. And in those 3 years, I've come to know all the carers who are like a little family to myself and my mother. The professionalism at Rose Court is definitely second to none and I have no concern whatsoever at the standard of care my mother is receiving. I could not be any more happier at her care. After hearing different people's experiences at different aged care facilities whicj worried me in the beginning, I have no concerns now and they are all beautiful people.
My mum was recently in respite here for a couple of weeks. Tess & the staff were amazing! Mum’s been in 4 different places for respite over the last 5 years and Rose Court by far has the best staff! I watched how they treat all their residents when they didn’t know anyone was watching & they were very caring & dealt with difficult residents really well. Usually my mum complains about everything from the staff, food, pathetic exercise sessions etc. in each other place she’s been too!! The only thing she complained about was the other residents not being as sociable as her… lol Big thanks to all the staff there & hopefully Mum won’t need your services again, but if she does you will be my first call!
Appalling restrictions in place for entry, when the Government no longer requires any form of restrictions towards Covid. The excuses are we are just doing what head office says, poor communication skills on the topic, unable to provide an answer to when they will remove access requirements. I regret putting my Mother in that horrible place.
