I have lived at home,, Indago Ridge apartments for two years and love it. This year we were able to have Thanksgiving dinner kinda and Christmas dinner too kinda the best that way Miss Carol could. The way she cooked and served the food was the best. Miss Carol is the best ever. Ok it’s now been almost 5years and a new manager. I’ve been told white people don’t belong here. I’ve had maintenance issues with bedbugs three times. Maintenance man walked in our apartment without knocking and saw the wife naked. I reported all of these things to management but nothing happened. We are leaving and don’t recommend this property. We miss Miss Carol

It took a while for me to write this review because I needed to calm down. What happened to Indigo Ridge? It was so beautiful last year. It appears to be under new management and it is not a change for the good. I was visiting a relative there recently to discover a cleaning staff member yelling at one of the residents. Apparently this cleaning woman was irate with the elderly resident because she voiced her concern to management over the lack of cleanliness. I was horrified that a staff member/ contracted vendor would be so verbally abusive to the elderly woman. Then I find out that there has been a bedbug issue there that has spread to the main lobby, community room, seating areas on 2nd and 3rd floors as well as several apartments. From my understanding, one resident has been waiting since mid February for a resolution. I was told by a couple of people that the manager has been waiting for the regional manager to approve treatment. This place is falling apart. Last week I was going to have breakfast with my relative in the community room. When I went in to assure it had a clean table, the TV was on and a young man was sleeping on the sofa. I was shocked to find there are people staying there that are not on a lease or even old enough. There is one apartment on the 2nd floor that has several people living in it (and it is a 1 bedroom apartment). The grounds and parking lot were riddled with trash. I was not impressed by what I had seen over the last 3 visits. It does not appear to be very safe anymore. The gym is no longer safe for use as it has bedbug infested furniture in it. The upholstered chairs on floors 2 and3 are upside down. I think upper management needs to address these issues. I have asked family to assist me in finding a safe place for our relative. This is insane.
What an amazing place to live! I met Carol who is an outstanding manager and helpful in so many ways. The management and people are awesome! My brother, Troy is enjoying life at Indigo's Ridge. He has meet many extraordinary people who genuinely cares and helps him. Indigo Ridge is the place for my brother with a great family community environment. How awesome is that!
Carol has been so amazing to work with during the application process. She is extremely responsive and you can tell she takes her job very seriously and cares about the apartments and tenants greatly. I hope my mother and grandma in law are able to call Indigo Ridge their new home soon. Thanks for all your help Carol!!
My coworkers and I, along with 3 clients, were in the process of delivering meals through a volunteer program in the area. As we waited to be let inside by one of the recipients, the manager opened the door to let someone out, telling us to "Get back!" Then snatched the door from one of us and slammed the door shut- leaving us still standing. After finally getting inside, she approached us saying "This isn't a party house". As we explained our reason for being there, she stated only 2 people were allowed. My coworker told her how rude she had been and her response was "I am rude!" She went on to argue and point her finger in our direction after being asked not to several times. After a verbal confrontation, that was seen and heard by others including our mental health clients, she stated that she didn't want us to come back. We later found that she reported the incident falsely, saying that we did everything that was done by her. Its unfortunate that we had to experience this level of unprofessional behavior while trying to do something positive within the community.
