Purchased i-care pillow and later discovered everything is approx $70-100 more than their competitors. They are taking advantage of being next to the hospital with patients in need.
We very disappointed is taken 1month to have repair my husband chair which he need. Badly they told us ,they coming to fix on the 27/12 and we called and they are not working why they told us if they knew it wasn’t to happen ,still waiting very bad service
I was in a predicament, getting mum a commode as quickly as possible… the “organisation” took way to long to get back to me. (TWO WEEKS) I took it upon myself to get one. Luckily Kogarah had one left and I snapped it up. Now we had a trial being picked up and I was hoping the new one would be here on the same day…..AND IT WAS !!!! 🎉🎉 Thank you Christine, Alice and Melanie for getting the chair to my mum… you went above and beyond… something the “organisation” FAILS to do every single time lately. A special thank you to Ray for being able to pick up the trial chair early for me…. You are good person 💖
You cannot go wrong walk in to this shop to find what you need. Jules is super helpful and friendly and practically helped me more than she should. During the urgent matter that I was facing, she is caring and made sure that I get the right information regarding to what I need and even go as far as contacting other people to make sure that I get the help that I need.
