Can not express how disappointed I am in this company regarding the hire of equipment for a lady who has very high support needs, not only did they send the incorrect piece of equipment, they forgot to collect from accommodation and overcharged 4 times. Has taken 5 months to sort refunds and still owe $190. Absolute incompetence - beware
Excellent customer service and a great range if products. We were holidaying on Gold Coast and in urgent need of replacement shower commode. Tanya sourced and advised their was one of the floor. Easy access to shop and reasonable price. Can't recommend highly enough.
Can’t recommend ILS Robina highly enough. Called in today to look at a byACRE carbon fibre walker. Attended to by Tanya. Her expertise & product knowledge was invaluable. Couldn’t fault customer service. Love my new walker. Enables me to walk more upright. Great selection of ability aids. Just ask for Tanya!
Disgraceful. Dealt with Lyn who claims to be the manager at Robina to purchase a scooter. Her product knowledge was woeful and she was only interested in the colors and shapes rather than the important things. After having to do our own research we tried to pay for one and they promised to lend one to us for 2-3 weeks until the new one arrived. Lyn then said she couldn’t process the purchase but someone would call us the next day from Sydney to get our credit card details. We said we are in your shop why can’t we pay for it now, yet Lyn started going on about their computer systems, our guarantee wouldn’t be activated and this was the way she wanted to do it. Reluctantly we agreed to be called the next day, and she asked us to write down our details and the exact scooter make, model and color so there would be no confusion. Lyn rang the next day and said they can’t lend a scooter anymore, we would have to hire one. Then started quoting figures for our purchase which were over a thousand dollars over the price on their website. When I said that is not the correct price she asked which model I wanted. I told her she had asked me to write that down yesterday which I wrote on the piece of paper along with my phone number that she was ringing me on. Completely hopeless, unprofessional, dodgy way of doing business. Told her to forget it and we are buying one through another company.
