Purchased a HERO walker in August and the left front wheel is slightly bent. No warranty because everything is user error. So I ordered a new wheel now 10days ago and no response. Be careful buying a walker HERO model poor service, front wheel is bent, manufacturer will not honour a warranty every thing is user error. Bought in August to repair cost $230.00 + gst, plus transport fees. Service section couldn’t care less about customers after they sell their product. BUYER BE WARE.
