Rang ILS Box Hill at 9am this morning and was informed that the 4 Wheel Walker I required was in stock. The young man I spoke with said that it came in a box, and a small amount of assembly was needed. He offered to attend to the assembly for me when I came in to collect it. Both he and the young lady at ILS were very friendly, and made my trip to their store very pleasant. The young man also assisted me by putting the Walker into my car for me. I would not hesitate to shop there again.

I went to ILS with my Mother this morning to pick up a HERO brand Seat Walker - 6 inch Deluxe Height Adjustable - Burgundy. While we were there I looked at the walking sticks by the wall as Mum's one is not very stable. Mum then purchased a Quad Cane - Airgo Comfort Plus Mini - Black. When Mum first rang the Box Hill showroom this morning the gentleman she spoke with was extremely helpful and especially where the showroom is situated and where to park. As Mum has Arthritis in her hands assembly would have been difficult for her. At the showroom the gentleman Mum spoke with on the phone very kindly assembled the hand bars to the walker and adjusted it to Mum's height. Both the lady and the gentleman in the showroom were very courteous and respectful of Mum's needs. They both went out of their way to help us and the gentleman even came out and put the walker in the boot of Mum's car in which we are very grateful for and more importantly very kind of this gentleman. My Mum and I were both very pleased with the courteous and more importantly friendly reception we received. Mum and I will definitely go back to the ILS Box Hill Showroom in future. 5 star rating but in my opinion it should be 10 stars. Highly recommend the ILS Box Hill Showroom for independent living needs and skills. Thank you very much for the great and wonderful service you gave my Mum and myself.
Open on Saturdays! My wheelchair battery broke on Friday afternoon. I travelled to Melbourne specially for an event on Saturday night. We made it to our closest store before close on Friday but they didn't have a battery in stock. Box Hill had the battery and was open on a Saturday. We drove across the other side of the city but it was worth it. They were really helpful and their extended hours saved me from missing an event that was important to me. Thank you!
Great service and range of products. As an OT working after hours and on weekends, I highly value the Saturday open hours. I also find families appreciate a local mobility store being open on weekends so that they can attend with clients.
Store manger, Poonam, is very helpful and patient. It’s so nice they are open Saturday.
