Do not purchase from ILS. Refunds take over 2 weeks to appear in bank account. They charge a 20% restocking fee for all items even though at time of return I was told a full refund would be issued. Have reported to AAAC for this misconduct & to investigate all their policies in accordance to au consumer law. Awful customer service

Shameful company that rips off customers by never delivering items and never providing a return. Do not trust them or their use of the NDIS logo. 6 weeks after not delivering an item or returning any form of communication and they still haven’t refunded. They’ll just blame their “head office” that has no phone number and is only contactable by email that goes unanswered. Avoid at all costs if you care about your own or your family’s wellbeing.
Dropped in on this showroom because I was in the area and needing to match an ILS handrail I'd bought some years ago. Just a chance scenario. Manager and staff went above and beyond to help me get what I needed.
Great customer service - Dakota was very accomodating with getting dad's wheelchair serviced at the last minute. Service repair man was also very accomodating. Highly recommend!
I called to enquire about hiring a wheelchair. Customer service was excellent. Streets ahead of others I have called today.
