The staff there are extremely helpful. They tell you exactly what you need to bring to get rent and utilities help along with other places to go for emergency assistance (like St Vincent de Paul, Salvation Army, food banks, ect.), fill out the paperwork according to your info. Then when finished, give you their thoughts of approval based on past experience. It was a great experience. Gives me hope. They also will give me updated as the state gives them updates even tho the state sends those same updates to your email. Again, super helpful. Totally recommend if you need any kind of assistance.

My advocate a year and a half ago sure she helped me at first helped get me moved ect but once she did dumped me and left me without helping with the rest always too busy for me like I wasn’t important when I moved and prior to the last place I lived with everything I was dealing with from that place my anxiety and depression was out of control she left me high and dry without helping me further like she was supossed to I ended up suffering from suicidal thoughts and had to find my own way to find a dr and therapy fyi I don’t have a car so when I need something done it’s not easy for me
