Since I enrolled my son in this program they have has 3 workers in less than a year assigned to him. The change over is constant as Ryan (supervisor)said today rather rudely. I couldn't/wouldn't recommend this company for the fact of the instability of it and the cold treatment form the office. The last 2 workers we had were great. But for some reason they dont last. For whatever reason it's not a secure place for privacy as there is an intake for each worker having to explain so much private info to.

I did like Independence Assoc, but since January not so much. I have had my nurse and she is great. Office people don't care if you are trying to get a hold of your case worker. I was not informed my case worker was changed. I have been with them many years. First time I have been treated like a worm. My veiw may change, but I am not sure it will.
Can’t get a hold of anyone for my wife’s aunt who has now gone 4 months without services.it would be great if they could call us back
If it were not for this company I really don't know what I would do. Bring disabled and have Independence Ads. on my side has made a world of difference in my quality of life.
Plenty of accessible parking. Entrance to office is also push button accessible.
