Krankenhausstraße 7, 89257 Illertissen, Germany
After a long search for a facility that would accept me with my antibiotic therapy, Illertissen agreed. I would only ever go to this clinic. Friendly staff, committed doctors and therapists, family atmosphere, close to home. This rehabilitation should not be closed

I completed my community service here many years ago. It was an intensive and personally enriching 18 months. I have also been operated on twice in this hospital. I was always satisfied.
Today I went to the emergency room with my aunt (I think the local abbreviation is "MVZ") because she had high blood pressure all day today. There wasn't much going on in the hospital in general, or it seemed like it was. We were warmly and very kindly welcomed at reception. Afterwards we waited briefly in the emergency room and because there were no other patients there, we were there straight away. We were greeted by a nurse J.K. taken into the treatment room. She took my aunt's blood pressure again and lo and behold it was too high. She was then briefly outside in the hallway, another work colleague (male, long tied hair) asked her about my aunt's blood pressure. You could clearly hear them both making fun of my aunt and giggling at the end. She then came back in and sprayed something into my aunt's mouth to combat her blood pressure. The whole thing was around 8 p.m. Afterwards she asked if she wanted to stay here or go home. My aunt then asked what would be better? or wait for the emergency room doctor before you say anything specific. She immediately countered very clearly. She said it very openly that if she goes home now and feels sick afterwards, she shouldn't come back because my aunt won't take her in! Then, of course, I gave her my opinion and told her that the way she was being treated was not OK and that she should come down first. With the way she continued to behave, she made it clear to us that we were not welcome here at the Illertalklinik in Illertissen. During the discussion she mentioned that she had been working for 24 hours... I filled out a complaint letter on site asking for a statement. Now there is actually still one question open. If you put the whole thing together, it means to me that you are overwhelmed by your work or maybe you are only doing the job because of the money? Because one thing is clear, if you do it for the sake of earning money, it may be that you don't take the patient's health seriously and endanger it! By trying to process all the patients quickly and not caring/treating them properly.? If it is the first case that you are overwhelmed, then you should look for another job. Because you are harming yourself and your patients. The whole thing cost us a lot of nerves. I took a photo of the complaint form and will email it to Weißenhorn and Illertalklinik today. ....
Really bad, I was just there without a negative test you don't get in. If I had said I was tested and negative I would have gotten in without any problems. They're not normal, I can get in everywhere without a mask and not into such a strange hospital. I think the risk of infection is much higher on public transport during rush hour when you're crammed into a bus like a sardinia can. They're going to keep it up until enough money is made, so it will never stop.
Hello, I've had nothing but the very best experiences at this hospital, from the administration to the doctors, nurses, caregivers, cleaning staff, pastor, and kitchen staff. I'd like to particularly highlight Dr. Jürgen Bubeck. A SUPERB DOCTOR! And the nurses and caregivers on the urology ward also do a fantastic job. Greetings from Bingen H-G L.
