Ilda's overlook is the absolute best! Maria, Manuel, Yelice, and the rest of the staff are amazing! They are kind, helpful, knowledgeable , and always get the job done quickly and efficiently. I always look forward to seeing them each day. The facility is new, clean, & so well maintained. They offer many activities to participate in each week. There are opportunities for outings each week. The residents are so friendly and lovely to spend time with. The location is convenient to so many places. The rent is so affordable. It really is an outstanding. community! I really can't say enough good things about Ilda's Overlook!! Five stars is not enough to rate it- 10 stars would be more appropriate !

Very clean and friendly. Staff is night and maintenance staff is very helpful. apartments are very nice and modern. grounds are well kept and there are many activities for the residents to attend. good place to live
I just renewed my lease with Ilda's Overlook. During the past year, I have come to personally interact with the staff (Mary, Yelice, Manuel) and found them to be very professional and helpful. Not only that, but they are also very friendly which made my stay here very enjoyable and memorable. That said, I think they deserve another star instead of just 5 stars. Bottom line, I intend to make Ilda's Overlook my home for many years to come. Congratulations Mary, Yelice, Manuel for a job well done. Best regards. Phu Ho.
I moved from Maryland to Virginia and I'm so fortunate to find Ilda's Overlook. The staff is awesome, especially Maria and Manuel. They have wonderful activities almost everyday , which gives us a lot to look forward to. I plan on living here for several years, God willing.
"Ilda's Overlook Four Senior Residences" Fantastic senior living facility in Fairfax...Yelice and Maria, the management staff and the maintenance staff and cleaning, Manuel and Nuri are very friendly, competent and accessible. They are always willing to help you with any concerns you may have. The activities dept staff Lisa and Bryant provide great outings, as well as in house programs weekly. The apts are beautiful and set up just right for comfortable living. The growing community here is so warm and inviting...love it!!!
