The facility is beautiful and has a ton of amenities available down to having the local priest come for services which my mother loved. So far everyone has been warm and welcoming and the rooms are large with everything you need.

I was at Ignite Resort to take advantage of their Physical Therapy program. I was quite recently out of surgery and in a great deal of pain with very limited mobility. The physical therapy program for me moving well in the short time I was there. The staff was wonderful throughout Ignire though the number was limited in some of the areas. I recommend Ignite rehab whole heartedly.
While visiting my aunt Sandra at ignite medical resort in McHenry in Room 101. My husband and I were very impressed with a certain housekeeper Wendy that was very attentive to my aunt's needs while she was cleaning her room. She actually went as far as to Replace the recliner in her room because the one she had was broken. The housekeeper Wendy was very polite and very kind always smiling and always asking if there was anything else she could do for my aunt.
I chose this facility for my father’s rehabilitation. Avalon was wonderful to work with, as were the nurses. When my father’s health declined they were very kind, compassionate, and helpful. I am thankful that I had good people looking after him.
I just showed up at the perfect time and had a chance to meet your caseworker/social worker Avalon and one of the staff members and they were tremendous. They showed a great deal of care and concern for our patient. Thank you for that!
