I went to visit a friend. I found the receptionist to be knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was very clean. The person I visited was comfortable. The unit they show on the tour is nothing like the actual unit you will be living in. She was happy with the physical rehab therapy she was receiving as well as the staff.

My mom has been there 3 weeks The staff members are Outstanding Taylor the gentleman that works the front desk in the lobby is always so helpful and always very friendly. The therapist are also very nice and have helped my Mom very much. Thank You
I've had a great experience. Staff has been wonderful and food is great! Therapy has been phenomenal especially with Sheila and Jeff. When I first came in, I was in a lot of pain, but now there's no pain and my muscles feel more flexible! Facility is also kept very clean. Overall I've had a wonderful stay! And should I need similar services, I would select this facility as my first choice!
Just felt one of the young ladies that was attending to my friend could be more pleasant. It's hard enough for the patient to be stuck in bed and unable to do for themselves without certain ones attending making you feel unwelcome. Body language and tones of voice matter coming from those meant to care for you and serve you.
Ignite’s staff work together as a unit to care for their patients. They problem solve very quickly. This is our second stay at this facility. Hopefully we won’t need them again. We would return if need be. I love that they have male nurses.
