Great location and probably the most affordable housing solution in Winter Garden.

My mother has lived there for years, and they've consistently increased the lot rent . There's been no improvement, and the neighborhood seems to be going downhill. They should be ashamed at what they're charging for lot rent, considering it includes no utilities, and most retirees are on a fixed income. The gates are left open, shock you, or don't work. Overpriced trailer park is what it is.
Nice place, nice folks, and I think we need to care for the area better. The flag was torn, tattered, and faded. This is something that makes us veterans very uncomfortable. I died for that symbol and for some strange reason, the good Lord chose to send me back so, here I am. Keep it tight, neat, and happy.
