My parents absolutely loved it here. The amenities cannot be beaten as everything is included with one rent payment for convenience and Diane Phillips the property manager is incredible. She handled all our concerns with ease.

We were looking for a place for our mom and found this place. Took a tour with the property manager and wow she was great she was funny very informative! Everyone seems so nice. A lot of things to do great amenities!
If I could rate them 0, I would. My sister in law lived there for 7 years. Unfortunately, she passed unexpectedly. This place held back her security deposit ($1,200 I think) and sent her son a bill for $350+ because she didn’t give 1 month notice that she no longer be living there.How are going to give any notice if you die? She had a leak in her bathroom ceiling for at least 4 months before she passed, which they didn’t fix. I wish all of residents there would leave.
This is one of the best all inclusive senior apartment you can find. My mother and I have been here going on our 7th year, and although there have been changes with management one not so good, the current one hasn't been here to long but is doing the best she can. She is very nice and finally getting aclamated to all the people. It does take time to get to know new people and a new place but she is doing well. We have the best maintenance supervisor ever. He is such a good Christian man and is always on top of things. Rarely ever misses work and is willing to talk to you about anything. But of course for maintenance needs you need to put in a request. There is another sweet lady who does all she can to help with vacuuming and apartment cleaning and up keep. The mail is inside, they have lot of activities and church services, (non denomination) a cafe and salon, small gym, special occasions like movie nights, several game days, so many good residents. The only issue I have is the rent increases. Of course corporations do what they have to do to make money but they are losing more residents because of that. (In my opinion) We will have to leave before the end of this year because we will not be able to afford it here. I will miss this place and everyone here so much. It was our home for 7 years, more than any other place we've ever lived except our house that we had to sell. But if that is no issue this is the place for you or your loved ones.
Property manager is great to deal with . She knows her job and her suits . Looking to relocate to Ohio. But this place is high priced. Would of moved there if alittle cheaper. Low rating on price only . Good employees.
