I'm giving 4 stars just because I haven't spent a lot of time here. My aunt is staying there and compared to the rehab my mom was in it's a lot nicer. The property is very open with a lot of natural light coming in. The hallways are wide. There seems to be a lot of staff walking the floor. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and anyone I asked a question to in the hallway seemed nice and helpful. The rooms are your typical size of a hospital room for two patients. My aunt seems to be eating the food and doing her PT. I would recommend this place at this point.

I can only speak about the front desk associate. She's the epitome of stellar customer service. I'm sorry I do not recall her name but she had such a welcoming and positive demeanor. Her smile and attitude were infectious during our short interaction. She is deserving of praise and acknowledgement. Thanks for being a kind individual!
I have a family member has been for a couple of weeks and has been great experience. The staff provide compassionate care and can tell they really enjoy their job. The place clean with beautifal decor. Beautiful outdoor and indoor sitting areas. During nursing week they provided tons of wonderful activities and treats for the staff like spa day, barbeques, musicians movies, petting zoo and sport activities for the staff families. Even the residents were able to participate in the petting zoo. The have a piano player in the rehab dining room. But most importantly the staff from all department are overall outstanding. I have been to other rehab facilities and there is no comparison it’s the gold standard. This is the place to send a loved one! You can go to sleep not having worry. Thank you again so much to all the staff at Huntington hills for all that you do.
All the nursing staff from the start treated me like I was a patient , not a computer entry. The atmosphere was clean and without any "aromas". My experience with PT was also so encouraging. Again the atmosphere was welcoming and personal. If you're needing care, this is the place. Thank God for all the staff with whom I met. Welcoming and efficient, in two words!
The Huntington Hills health facility I found to be very clean to begin with and very welcoming. I was able to visit with my brother for about an hour during which time he got his dinner and the server was very pleasant. Very warm , very Friendly when I asked her for my tray with my food. The security is also at a very high level. I had to use the bathroom when I got there and the gentleman at the desk made sure that I came back to fill in my information as today was my first visit to your Facility. Overall, it's a facility that I would use if I needed to!
