I've never seen my mother so happy. This is the only rehab center she was happy to return to after Thanksgiving. She knows that her nurses care for her and feels safe.
We’ve had a very positive experience here at the care center. Mom hasn’t liked the food but she never has been an eater. She has been taken care of very well and seems to get along with the staff. She has plenty of choices of things to do but chooses not to. The home is exceptionally well kept and they give great care to moms needs.
The Staff on the rehab floor below where great Gigi always had an open ear to talk to. Tee the aide always brought me a smile. The Physical Therapy Team Sean gave me the greatest workout. Surangi gave me confidence. If your looking for amenities this isn’t your place Food is really terrible. Have people bring you food. T.V. Is so tiny and no guide to tell you what channels you get. Other than that the place was clean and I would recommend.
Everyone there has been very nice and extremely helpful, helping us to care for our father. As with most facilities like this understaffed By ~25% and you can't possibly provide the same quality of care a caring family would. For the best care, it's really up to the family to be there daily for minute by minute care, leveraging the nurses and care staff for core care. There are folks there that don't have family and with resources they only have the ability to touch them a couple times a day. These folks work really hard.
