I recently visited a family friend here. During my visit, I have had exceptional services from the workers. I was walked all the way to the room instead of being told or pointed to where it’s at. My friend needed more ice water while I was there and it took no time for the CNA to stop what she was doing to get it. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. She seems to be well taken care of and likes it there. I am very satisfied with my visit.
Think carefully before coming here. In my opinion, the nursing staff is generally incompetent and by the end, we did not feel safe receiving care from them. We found them struggling with basic tasks and at times forgetting to administer medication unless you remind them, sometimes having to remind multiple times. Other times, they would vanish for stretches at a time despite our needing care, such an removal of an IV line, despite assurances "they would be right back." At times, we were disturbed by staff arguing or gossiping with each other loudly in the halls. Also, TVs playing in other patients rooms could be very loud and disturbing, with staff seeming indifferent. In our opinion, the place had a bad odor and the food was not good. Room's bed had shabby duct tape on its arms. To their credit, staff was generally pleasant and polite. A couple nurses were great, but they were the exception to the rule. Another positive was the neat and tidy landscaping. Finally, certain 5 star reviews would appear to have been left by staff or vendors of Hunter Creek, which is a violation of Google policy and inflates the Google star rating that was a major factor in our decision to come here.
I would like to thank the entire Hunter Creek staff for making my mother's stay there very welcoming. Everyone did a amazing job. She was taken care of by extraordinary people. The staff and nurses are great.
Ms. Nikki Sterling has gone above and beyond to provide and deliver adequate service for a dear friend. She provided extraordinary service to him and his loved one who was in dire need of a new placement and better service that could be provided for loved ones. I would like to personally thank her for ensuring that the needs were met and also checking in on the family as they made their journey to Hunter Creeks Health and Rehabilitation. At that moment, I knew God had place Ms.Sterling in the path of the family in need.
