I cannot say enough great things about Hudsonview Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The staff is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and dedicated to providing top-notch care. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable environment for both patients and visitors. The therapy team is outstanding knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in each individual's progress. My great grandma received excellent care and made remarkable improvements thanks to their expertise and encouragement. What truly sets Hudsonview apart is the genuine kindness and dedication of the entire team. From the nurses to the administration, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure the well being and happiness of the residents. I have never. Seen or experience Or experience a plike Hudson view. The staff is real nasty. You try to call your loved ones. They hang up on you. They won't let you talk to the person you have. There is a shame. The day forgotten that they will get old. They could treat them bad or worse. Then what they're treating the people that are in there. They cannot go to the bathroom. They have to do there 1 and 2 on their own pants. They shout and make fun of them. They're very dislikable and they disagreement discriminate. Everyone. If you have a loved one and they tell you to place him at Hudson view, please don't do it. You gonna regret it for the rest of your days?
I am writing this review regarding my father's care at this facility. Our experience has been quite challenging for my family, especially after spending over a month and a half in the hospital. When it came time to choose a place for my dad's rehab and wound care, we faced some bumps along the way during his transition. I want to commend the nursing supervisor for promptly addressing our concerns, including the family meeting, which was very helpful. The nursing staff and rehab team have been awesome ensuring that everyone is on point and making this transition smoother for my dad. Mr. Michael Sanfratello, the assistant director, who has been incredibly supportive, listening to my concerns and proactively resolving any issues. His attentiveness has truly eased my dad's mind and made this experience much easier for our family. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and care!
Staff is very nice overall, with the exception if one nurse by the name of Zeljka who was cruel to patients and very verbally abusive. It's a shame the management puts up with her.
Stay away from this nursing home. I placed my father in this nursing home due to the fact that he had dementia. After two years of him being there he ended up with a blood clot in his lung. Which he passed away from About a month ago. I personally do not recommend this nursing home.
