I'm a resident here and the care that I've received has been beyond compare After a lengthy hospital stay, I wasn't strong enough to stand up, let alone walk. The nurses and CNAs, have taken great care of me, treating me with dignity and respect, as they do with every resident The physical therapists and occupational therapists really worked with me and helped me get stronger. I'm able to stand up now and can walk with the aid of a rollator. The activities department is awesome too– they always have fun things going on that really lift everyone's spirits Much Love and a big Thank You to the staff of Hudson Hill Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing for your dedication, kindness and wonderful care.

My experience with physical therapy along with Kier, my PT, has been wonderful. He's a very caring young man who really gives his 150% to his patients and really pushes you to do your best and to convince you that you're really able to do it. He has a lot of patience and 1 of the best PTs I've ever worked with. Any facilty would be honored to have him on their staff. While being a patient at Hudson Hill, I've been very sick during the recovery, I met a remarkable young woman who is a CNA on the 3rd floor- her name is Arminda Borges. She's my 7am-3pm aide. She's amazing, kind, compassionate and impeccable of her care about her patients. She brightens my day every time I have her. She's incredible to watch at the articulate speed she does things. Any facility would love to have her in their employ.
Came here for rehab. When I arrived, everyone made me feel comfortable. All staff on the 2nd floor are very nice and respectful which makes the stay here easier. Same for the Rehab staff. They are patient and care. Julia from OT is a doll. Very committed to getting me better to go home.
Communication with caregivers is very poor because there isn’t any. They never answer the phones no matter what time of day you call. And if you leave a message you will not get a call back. There are a few CNA’s, nurses and PT’s that are great though, shout out to Eunice and Audrey on the 2nd floor for their amazing care and empathy when taking care of my husband. Elaine at the nursing station, thank you, you don’t go unnoticed for your hard work! Most of the staff are fake and scramble even they see family members are there. But when you’re not there there, I’m not treating your family members like they should be treated. when they are Don’t ever try to communicate with the social worker, they are horrible. They are not helpful and don’t listen to any of your concerns, they just push it off onto others. Any upgrades being made in patients rooms are using cheap materials that break easily. The food is horrible, overcooked mushy vegetables that look like they came out of a can, hotdogs, sloppy Joe’s, hamburgers, french fries and rice and beans. This is what was served to my husband who is supposed to be on a diabetic, heart healthy diet. They had to increase his insulin because of this. If you have to choose this facility because you have no other choice, then I advise that you be there to constantly advocate for your loved one. The three stars are for the staff only. This place needs to get better with their communication, sterility, food/menu/food preparation for dietary needs and hiring for their understaffed facility.
Very accommodating, friendly staff, great with patience. Works with the family well. Just very nice overall. Mel is amazing and helps with all the patience needs and family concerns. Mel is the best. The whole staff makes you feel welcome and secure .
