I have been to this assisted living facility several times to visit my mother and in contact with them numerous times about her care. They are very attentive when it comes to her care. The place is not fancy but it is clean. She is well taken care of. She enjoys the homemade meals. She especially likes bingo. They facilitate her rehab/PT. The staff is kind to her and while she wants to go home, she is also at the same time very happy here.

Was told on Christmas Day that we couldn’t speak to my Grandmother and that the number we’ve been calling for months (the only number we have) was all of a sudden a “business line” and to not call back. I don’t know how many more holidays she’ll be here for, so for them to refuse to let us speak to her is wrong on so many levels. They claim to be a religious organization, but their actions would indicate otherwise. I would not recommend letting your loved one stay here.

Understaffed,unsupervised,lack of meals Will not provide updated medical records upon taking a parent out due to mistreating. Do not place your love one here. The owner only cares about the money and smooth fake preaching of God's word. Crystal was the best when she was there. The staff all started relocating to new jobs very quickly and stated the unhealthy conditions of the home. Called Social Services,& Health Deptartment

Walked in with my daughter to inquire about summer volunteer work. One person at the front desk. No other employees seen.One woman was walking unsteadily unescorted and fell. Immediately, staff came and took her to her room. As an RN I was shocked that they didnt check to be sure she wasnt injured before putting her in the wheelchair. Not impressed with staff, staffing or manager.
