My mother is super happy here. The staff is almost always cheerful and in a good mood, reliable and very concerned about the well-being of the residents. The management organizes beautiful and elaborate parties and events, something that rarely happens in other homes. If my mother has a wish, it is taken seriously and fulfilled as quickly as possible, really nice. The gardens are incredibly beautiful and a real oasis, like in a 5 star hotel. There is one small point of criticism, however: too many artificial flowers and knick-knacks in the hallways and sitting areas and the wall colors are a bit too bright.

The team at Haus am Königsmoor is truly incomparable. Great care for the residents and love for this difficult work. And then a summer party will be put on, with a DJ, cake, an outstanding warm buffet, games and great decorations. And the staff runs and helps and smiles. We are impressed and say thank you.
The house on Königsmoor... ...is a home where love lives, where memories are born, people are always welcome and a smile is always waiting for you. Family means never being alone again for the rest of your life. Every day, even on public holidays, countless employees look after the sick and those in need of help, hold hands, serve food, listen and do highly professional work. The nursing staff remains calm and level-headed when they lack understanding of how to take the tablets, become agitated, do not perceive washing as vital and do not understand the context. All employees work tirelessly to take care of all organizational matters and still always have an open ear for the families and all their questions. It's obviously not perfect? As well as? That's life. Something is only perfect when if it is no longer feasible. The Haus am Königsmoor is a fantastic facility. People are always the focus. Be it the sick person and those in need of help or the employee. The love from Haus am Königsmoor is as diverse as the people in this world are. At this point we would like to thank the Hust family and all employees at Haus am Königsmoor for their daily and demanding work.
Quiet location, beautiful park with outdoor areas and very nice relaxation areas. The atmosphere is very harmonious, pleasantly calming with a variety of activities. The staff is always friendly, competent, very accommodating, polite and kind with heart at work. A nursing home to feel good. Despite Corona, my mother was not alone in her final phase. Regular and reliable administration of medication should actually be the basis. Unfortunately, this does not work reliably even after a few conversations. Highly fluctuating staff may also be the reason why some of the (bed) linen was not removed after more than two months. When asked about this, the response was “we are not responsible for that”. Good communication works differently. The hygiene concept was only created months later. No contact with relatives was possible for months. Other institutions were faster and, above all, better at communicating. Rooms in dirty condition, pedicures and manicures, visits to the hairdresser, not carried out despite agreement and billing. One star for the location, the kitchen and some friendly staff.
