I have known the Hörluchs company for a long time. I visited her for the first time as I was accompanying my father-in-law and was very impressed. When I needed a hearing aid myself a little later, deciding where to go wasn't an issue. Everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful and has an open ear for everyone. You feel in good hands there. I can only recommend it.
After visiting my ENT, I was certain that my hearing had deteriorated to the point where I needed hearing aids. I chose the Hörluchs branch in Hersbruck. I had heard about the very good service and competent advice from acquaintances and friends. I can only confirm these impressions. From the first contact to the final hearing aid, I was always given competent and very professional advice from Ms. Kexel. All of my questions were answered quickly and understandably. Likewise, various hearing programs were tried out in order to find the right program and tailor it to your personal needs. What I would like to praise very much is how easy it was to find an appointment and, above all, the appointment reminder 24 hours in advance via SMS/e-mail, which meant I didn't miss a single appointment. The entire team is always very friendly and you feel like you are in good hands and cared for. I can recommend the Hörluchs branch in Hersbruck with a clear conscience.
