Charging residents $3 for a plate of thanksgiving dinner is the most ridiculous thing I have heard. Also, why do you have to call in a work order when you’re standing in front of the leasing person and they won’t take your concern? Why do you only change filters once a year and not provide additional Filters for these poor residents. I can’t wait to get my mother out of this place. Mismanaged is putting it politely.
Hopkins Village Apartments are really nice I didn't know what to expect at first but I am pleasantly surprised The people have been great that work there it's well maintained it's a nice place it's very nice very secure I'm I'm happy I'm happy with it
Convenient but they do not clean or properly maintain the property. Office staff is rude. This place needs new management
Looking for really nice place to live not here, head manger doesn't know how to treat seniors.
