It was the first time visiting your facility. We brought up a next door neighbor whose wife is in your hospice wing. First coming in the door we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who helped us register, then showed us the way to our neighbor’s room. The private room was very nice. She looked very comfortable and as we left for a little bit, her husband stayed there and we told the staff and they were very nice about keeping an eye on him since he has started with Alzheimer’s. We came back about 40 minutes later. He was still in the room with his wife. We said thank you very much and every one was very, very friendly. We enjoyed our visit.

Was a beautiful day to enjoy the outdoors with our loved one! And the staff was very friendly and helpful with us. They treated our family with respect and kindness. The staff was extremely supportive: thank you 😊
Nurses are rude, made a comment "i can't believe everyone made it out alive last night.". Saying how stressed they are, I don't know why i work here comments. How am I supposed to feel comfortable leaving my mom here. Why do people take these jobs when they don't care about the job. Also noticed how hope creek comment on nice reviews but won't comment on real reviews where someone is not happy. Comment on my review. My mom was waiting hours for a nurse her and her roommate both pushed there button. 3 hours later she calls 911 just to get some help. Now she is back at the hospital from her own call. What do you say to that? Why would my mom need to call 911 herself when being in this place, why didn't they take care of her?
Today is mother's first day at Hope Creek. Looked very nice and people were super friendly and answered all our questions. I think they'll take great care of her!
Hope Creek is the best nursing and rehab facility in the QC. The staff are kind caring and provide great quality care. I highly recommend choosing them. Myself and 2 of my family have been cared for here and tell everyone. Thank you all for everything.
