My husband and I have lived here since Feb 2023. We love it here. It's affordable for seniors who especially only live on social security. The apartments are a nice size, the place is clean, friendly and inviting. Something is going on every night so we are busy. We really enjoy the potluck dinners and brunches. Heather, the manager, is doing a fantastic job and even though she is taking care of several properties, she still has time to listen when I need to talk. Scott, maintenance, does a great job. He's pretty good about getting repairs done. No apartment complex is perfect and you always have 1 or 2 people who cause problems but 95% of the people who live here get along and we watch out for each other. It's a wonderful place and y'all should come check it out!!

This is a great and affordable place for 55+ living! All utilities including heat, air, water, sewer, trash, tv, internet and wifi are included in the rent. Storage cages are available and large. Trash and laundry facilities are conveniently located and the price of laundry machines is extremely reasonable. Parking is convenient. The amenities in the village are well designed and fun to use - including the workout room! Residents organize most of the events and we create new ones all the time (euchre, mahjong, rummikub, left right and center, movie nights, potlucks, birthday celebrations, beachball volleyball, multiple kinds of bingo, craft events, poetry readings, religious meetings, pool in the bar, thirsty Thursdays, Thanksgiving/Halloween/Xmas parties, cookie swaps and more!). There are pets here and some are emotional support animals. We all love the dogs and get to know them and get doggy love from them. There are no problem animals here. Groups presenting information on medicare, financial security, voting, health and safety, and other topics useful to seniors come in and we love it when they bring food - especially Bill's Donuts! The staff - Heather in the office and Scott in maintenance - are very responsive and friendly. We look forward to seeing them on a daily basis and they are always interested in how we are doing. I have lived here for a year and love the interaction with my fellow residents and the friendships we develop here. We help each other out and look out for each other. This really is a place where residents become friends!
I lived here for 18 months and I couldn't wait to move. It's basically Low Income housing, and they allow all and any kind of pet, no matter what size or breed. The people have figured out if it is an Emotional Support pet they do not have to pay any pet fee's. There is one resident that has had the police called on her 5 times and Management has not done anything. The hallways smell and its more like a nursing home environment. I would not recommend anyone to move here
