Their slogan is 'where neighbors become friends' and it really is true. I have made a lot of friends since moving in. Not only are my neighbors friendly but the staff are sweethearts too. I don't have to leave the building to get my mail and don't even have to leave my floor to take the trash out, do my laundry and visit my storage unit. Also in the building is an exercise room and a chapel and a large community area that has a beauty salon, wellness clinic, arts and crafts room, library, game room, coffee maker, snack room, movie room, party room and even a nice dog wash facility. In the courtyard there is a fenced in dog park and a picnic area with a grill. I'm really glad that I found this place.

My Mother lives at Homestead Village and she has enjoyed living here for the past 3 years. It's truly like a family here everybody helps everybody and it's a great community
We are not yet even living here and are SO happy with our experience I'm already leaving a review! I'm helping my Aunt relocate, she lives alone, lost her husband some years ago, etc - and the staff at Homestead Village has been SO helpful during the application process - many of them have family members in similar positions, looking for community, needing help accessing financial information, planning for the future, these guys do it ALL and are SO NICE. Having a tour of all the little shops and places inside the building gives me complete confidence everything my aunt will immediately need will be accessible easily, without having to drive or rely on anyone else, which is great. It's clean, very quiet, very friendly, very safe with COVID measures in place, I just feel so great about my Aunt calling this place home, I can barely wait for her to move in. Thank you so much, we love it!!
Homestead Village supports everything it advertises. The unique inside village concept invites those looking for something different and is reminiscent of small friendly neighborhoods. Although residents maintain completely private lives, simultaneously and if desired, many meet and greet opportunities exist through the variety of intimate or group settings the inside Village area provides. Success from the top is represented by excellent management staff all whom are professional, personable, compassionate and genuinely pleasant.
I would give 5 stars, however there is only elevator for residents And freight, movers trying to move in and out. The movers tie up the elevators half of the day.
