Reaching someone in the office during business hours is very difficult, and when you do reach someone, they say they'll get back to you and don't. I've been waiting over 4 months for a return on overpaid rent. That's unacceptable.
Visited to see finish product. Staff still nice. The only problem is Noone kept me updated on market rentals. Still waiting on 2bdrm 2bath info.
I find Mary Braxton/staff professional, patient, and caring.
