We were hoping for more. The help (if you can call it that) is more or less just sitting around. She can't cook for herself, so we always have to pre-cook everything so it only needs to be warmed up. She's basically just there, and paying the organization so much money for that is a rip-off!
Because I work there and feel very comfortable. The management always has your back and gives you strength for your work.
