Simply unbelievable - you can't reach anyone by phone, there's no call back and no information that the nurse isn't coming, even though my father had an appointment. When I finally reached the nursing service, the manager was unfriendly and loud. As soon as she found out that we were self-paying, she suddenly became friendly. Absolutely not recommended. If they shout at relatives like that, how do they treat the elderly?
Unreliable, unqualified and rude employees One even gave my dad the finger because she didn't want to clean. Promises like always the same employees were never kept, people were constantly changing, and there were always last-minute cancellations every month, no replacement. Often no one came at all after calling, even they were sick without canceling on their own. Then after 3 years I was simply given notice of termination. I've been waiting for the promised callback why and to find a solution for my parents for 7 weeks Never again and absolutely not recommended
Today I had a care consultation with Homeinstead with Ms. Blochel. Ms. Blochel took away my tension and fear before the appointment. She is very, very nice, open and helpful. Through the conversation she already had experience with my underlying disease, which is very rare. I was pleasantly surprised by your expertise. She also informed me about the relief amount, as my niece (household worker) can access this. That's at least 125 euros per month. This information was for me, for example. not known. She wrote down all the important information and the phone number for me. I also found out about the MD through Ms. Brochel. They in turn advise on the level of care. She also gave me the positive feeling that I would be happy to come forward if my mom was unable to be a carer. I'm looking forward to the next conversation with Homeinstead. I can only recommend it wholeheartedly, keep it up. Top and chapeau at this point.
I used the services of a household helper at times and was completely satisfied! The tasks were completed reliably, thoroughly and the contact was very cordial. Requests for scheduling changes were always addressed and communication with the dispatchers was goal-oriented and uncomplicated. Thank you for the support!
