I have been with Home Instead Darmstadt since 2016. At that time I started as a carer. I'm now sitting in the office. During this time, Home Instead Darmstadt always had an open ear for me, regardless of whether it was about personal problems or operational problems. We always try to do justice to the care staff and the customers. That's also the reason why I stayed :) Thank you Home Instead Darmstadt.
In my almost two years as a carer, I have enjoyed an extremely pleasant employer. Competent and approachable, always there for you in tricky situations. A task that is not always easy deserves exactly such professional leadership.
Hello there, I was shocked to see the negative reviews of Home Instead Darmstadt. I would also like to share my positive experiences. One thing in advance: when employees are in contact with clients, differences or discrepancies can always arise. The fact is, Home Instead is always willing to talk about conflicts in a friendly atmosphere, according to the motto: As it sounds into the forest, it sounds out again. I have had the same caregiver since July 2020 and it hasn't even been deducted yet. I am met with empathy, professionalism and helpfulness. When I'm not feeling well, I'm listened to. If my very loving and professional person is unable to attend, I can almost always get a quick replacement. We only had a not-so-pleasant lady with us once, but Home Instead couldn't do anything about that. I fully support this company and am very grateful for their help. Great nursing service with great caregivers. Here you are valued as a customer and taken seriously. We always try to find a solution and work in a customer-oriented manner. Our mother feels very comfortable with her carer and it is a huge relief for us. Thank you Home Instead!!!
