I cannot say enough good things about Lakeside Senior Care, dba Home Instead and our experience supporting our parents at this vulnerable time, honestly, for all of us. Every person we have worked with has had our parents' best interest and quality care as their first priority, especially supporting the delicate transition to needing this support. Caregiver Stacey has gone above and beyond. She has taken the best physical care of our parent's needs in every area, including nutrition, hygiene and living conditions. But, most importantly, Stacey has gently, with the utmost care, compassion, and respect, cared for mom and dad's emotional and mental needs as they transition to this stage of their journey. We, as a family are very grateful and feel completely supported and guided as we figure it all out as well. We highly recommend this agency and the wonderful people that have supported us all through this new stage of life.

I was an Intern with Home Instead for a semester and I was a bit nervous. But the team was very welcoming and made me feel so comfortable with the work I was going to do. From the interactions they had with their clients, new or existing, you can tell the care they put into the work they do. I hope to work with them again as it was so rewarding to be able to make a difference in a families life and be able to help with what they need at that time. I highly suggest working with Home Instead either as a caregiver or client as they really put care into their work and make sure they do their utmost for clients and caregivers alike! I had a great time working there and know anyone else will have as great if not better experience.
Home Instead has caring, personable and service oriented personnel. They were in home help for both of my parents and became part of the family in short stead. Even in an urgency situation, they went above and beyond to provide assistance that was not within their job description and beyond that shift and times to ensure that my parents were well taken care of. We cannot say enough good things about this organization. I would recommend it to anybody looking for themselves or their parents. Top marks.
After retiring from a full time career, I worked for Home Instead, Wolfeboro for about 3 years. From the onset and for the duration of my employment, owners, Peter and Cindy, as well as their management staff, were respectful and available for all my employment needs, while maintaining very high standards and values for their clients. Training was comprehensive and ongoing throughout my service. It was a sincere pleasure working for them.
