The Home Instead team members - from management to scheduling to care givers - were professional, flexible, reliable, intentional, and compassionate. Their services provided us with the additional support we needed to complement hospice care, which gave us comfort and peace at a very difficult time.
We had a wonderful caregiver (Tracy) from Home Instead for almost a year for my mother, and we could not have had a better caregiver! The caregiver was reliable and dependable. She also planned creative activities to do with my mother during the day. The office staff were also quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had and were very accommodating if we needed to make any changes with schedules. We had a fantastic experience with Home Instead!
